Our 2024 wedding season has ended and I am looking forward to what next year will bring 🥰

My books are open for all 2025 weddings, although I will only be taking a handful of weddings for next year. Life is quite busy at the moment, but wedding florals hold a huge place in my heart so I will absolutely still be taking on a few.

I’ve been a little MIA over on this page for a bit, so I figured it was about time to post some of the recent florals I’ve been doing 🤪 and what better to start with than my new favorite photo captured recently. Setting up a wedding at the beautiful and my girl just along for the ride 💗

Although I haven’t been posting much, we have still been flowering lots of weddings through this busy season. Our Poppy storefront is closed, and I am now back to just designing for weddings along with running our coffee shop in Baxter Springs alongside my husband.

Life is crazy, but apparently that’s how I like it lol. We’re wrapping up Spring wedding season and will be taking a little summer rest, and then bring on Fall weddings!

Goodbye storefront, hello new chapter 🫶🏼

You may have noticed that I’ve been pretty quiet on this page recently, and it’s been for good reasons! Our family is taking a step in a new direction and have big changes happening- we are taking over a coffee shop!

What does this mean for Poppy and our florals? We will be closing our Joplin storefront and will be using it as a studio space to continue designing wedding florals and any other special orders.

I (Abbey) am not stepping away from flowers by any means, but will just be pivoting back to a wedding and event florist. There will still be ways to get our flowers so don’t fret 😜 I will still be stocking the cooler weekly over at Erickson & Co. Mercantile in Galena and will soon have a cooler stocked at their new Afton, OK location!

I will also still be offering arrangements for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, along with our wedding florals! 🌸
