Wow, just had the most unbelievable customer experience. A bridesmaid did not come in over two weeks ago to pick up her dress.she messaged us about the wedding being tomorrow and we are closed visiting with relatives who are refugees from the Ukraine war and pushed for us to somehow get someone to get her dress. We responded and one of our employees agreed to open the store for the customer. The customer offered to tip for the extra effort and we said tip our employee she had to find care for her children and drive in on her day off. So the customer shows up late and of course no tip as offered. Another example of no good deed goes unpunished.
