But when we come back to pick up, the smiles and relief on their faces say it all—they had a great event. It almost always turns out okay. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!Helpful Tips for Hosting a Stress-Free Kids’ Event: 1. Pick the Right Space: • Make sure your yard or event space has enough room for the setup and kids to play safely. You can book an event for our play center at www.playtimekc.com • Consider the age range of the kids when selecting the size and type of play equipment. 2. Time Your Event Wisely: • Plan your party around nap times for younger kids to avoid mid-event meltdowns. • Finish set up at least 30 minutes before guests arrive so everything is ready to go. 3. Keep It Simple: • Provide light, easy-to-eat snacks for the kids to grab during breaks. • Trust your play provider to handle the setup and breakdown so you can focus on enjoying the day.
