It's going to sound cheesy but the Event "Off Guards" that photographers get, always catches me Off Guard. It's because they always do an awesome job of capturing us in action doing what we love most.

At Ho’ōla’s “Ku’i Ka Lono” showcase Saturday, 3/25 there were several familiar faces shown doing what they love on and off camera. Serving in love.

And because we at Agape Designs are a family business, it comes as no surprise that this was a Family affair.

Promise this is the last of the many posts we have shared (at least for a while 😏).

What an event we got to be apart of ... but let us tell you more about this beautiful organization:

The mission of Hoʻōla Music and Cultural Arts is to provide mentorship to Hawai'i's youth through community belonging and experientially connecting keiki to kupuna through Hawaiian Values.

They provide a Music Mentorship program, mentoring youth by implementing the Hawaiian Values through Hawaiian Music, including basic ‘ukulele and songwriting, Mo’olelo/Storytelling and Cultural Arts. And this showcase was to bring awareness and funding support to further their initiative.

A rough mock up of the general idea and layout for a backyard bridal shower, that's what you're seeing.

Once we solidify décor and number of guests you get a more sophisticated design, but you get the idea right? We love the look on our clients faces when they kind of get a glimpse of what their day will look like, what it all consists of.

Most times they don't care about all the minute details, they're in love with the concept. We're in love with the entire process; it's our favorite .

Are you tired of this setup yet?

No? Good! Because we can't promise that this will be the last time you see this, but we did need to get it out of our system. Our friends did such a great job capturing every detail from so many angles, we are still very much in love with how this event came out.
