I never take selfies at the gym, but I made an exception (secretly of course). Why? Because I am so freakin' damn proud of myself. Seeing the transformation taking place is still so surreal to me. A huge part of this new and never-ending lifestyle change is because of an awesome Kick-Ass Trainer named Justin Eacret, and the equally awesome Bad-Ass Nutritionist named Lawrence Senical; for they have given me the tools to be the very best version of me that I could ever possibly be. I am forever grateful! 💪🏻
