Very thankful for the opportunity to give back to my school district & provide drinks to the staff at Tusky Valley Primary & Elementary! 🌻

I hope everyone enjoyed a little pick-me-up to get through the last few days of school before winter break! ❄️

I also am thankful that through the last month I was able to collect $250 in donations to contribute back to Tusky Valley Local Schools amidst the tragedy that took place in November. I am matching the donations I received to donate a total of $500.

When I thought about the ways I can donate the money to make a more direct impact, I decided to to split it evenly between the TVHS Drama Department / TVHS Speech & the Big Red Pep Club, two student groups that are now more than ever spreading love & joy to the district in their own respective ways & that are close to my sisters heart. ❤️

Hometown Coffee & Pastry will be signing off of social media for the holidays, but will be back in the new year with BIG updates & changes. Stay tuned 🫶

I am also very delighted to say that over those two events I was able to raise $115 in “tips” that is being donated to the Trojan Foundation ❤️🖤 I will continue collecting donations in lieu of tips for all of my remaining events for the rest of the year with a goal of $500!

I have been competing in pitch competitions for the past two years, & yesterday was awarded the top prize at the LaunchNET Kent State University elevator pitch! 💛

Through this competition, I pitched Hometown Coffee & Pastry, & I am so thankful that my passion & excitement for this business was able to shine through! ⭐️

Happy ☕️

If it wasn’t for this wonderful beverage, Hometown would not be a thing, & I would not stay nearly as caffeinated as I need.

I also love coffee for the culture it creates. Coffee allows for an excuse to meet up with an old friend, serves as a thank you, or is the perfect pick me up to any day.

Coffee is a fairly simple thing, but I am thankful every day for it 🌻

For my take on the classic pumpkin spiced coffees of the Fall, I will be offering a pumpkin cream cold brew at my pop-up THIS Sunday the 10th! This refreshing drink is our classic M&H Beans Coffee Co cold brew mixed with cinnamon & maple syrup & topped with a homemade pumpkin sauce whipped into a cold foam! 🧡
