We were honored to be one of the vendors at the first ever Pukalani Superette lei stand for this graduation weekend. It was a beautiful success! And a very special mahalo nui loa to Ashley Hogue for helping me out so much, could not have done this without her!!! We supported all local flower farmers as well!! We're excited to finally announce our first ever Puk Sup Lei Stand participants! We can't wait to see what , KKHS Kaiapuni Class of 2026, and Desiree Kahiamoe have to offer! It was tough to go through the applications and get it down to 3... but we felt that this combination would provide a good assortment for all of you to choose from.

For those just joining us, we are shutting down our entire front parking area to hold space for a few lei vendors in celebration of graduation season. This is a one day event - it's our first rodeo, and we're taking it slow. The vendors will start setting up around noon, so we figure the lei stand will be open at 1:00 pm.

We also have a few more lei and graduation items (and food!) inside the store, so don't forget to come inside and say hi.

🌺🍍🌿 Join us this Thursday, April 18th, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the breathtaking Maui Gold Pineapple Farm in Hali'imaile for a Maile-Style Ti Leaf Lei Workshop!

Discover the art of lei-making using the traditional hili method, where we'll braid and weave ti leaves into stunning creations. Throughout the class, you'll master the technique of placing leaves and flowers between twists to ensure your lei is beautifully secure. From ti leaf preparation to the intricate Hawaiian style of lei hili, you'll learn it all.

Guided by expert instructors, you'll design and weave your own lei from start to finish, mastering the essential skill of tying it off. By the end of the workshop, you'll proudly leave with a handmade Maile Ti Leaf Lei, a symbol of Hawaiian tradition and craftsmanship. All materials and supplies will be provided, so just bring your creativity!

Join Teaching Artist, Caitlyn Madrid, in an immersive three-hour lei hili workshop. Students will learn the hili method of lei-making, which is braiding or weaving of a single plant material– in this case ti leaf. Students will also learn the integral skill of placement of leaves and flowers between twists to secure them in the lei. Students will learn ti leaf preparation, as well as the traditional Hawaiian style of lei hili. Students will complete the workshop as they design and weave their lei, including the essential skill of tying it off. Class participants will leave the class with a beautiful, handmade Maile Ti Leaf Lei. All supplies and materials will be provided.
