This past Monday, I attended the Kingston High School Class of 2024 awards night where an impressive $110,000 in scholarships – funded by local, small businesses and non-profits – was given away.

The Blush Bridal Fashion Scholarship, now in its fourth year, was awarded to two very talented young women who are continuing their education in fashion studies at . I cannot wait to see where Marla & Jatsiry’s journeys take them within the industry that has my heart 💗

My message to the class was this: see the world and have all the experiences, but remember, there’s no place like home. Whether its working for an established business or building your own, more than ever before the Hudson Valley offers the space to do so.

If the Class of 2024 is Kingston’s future, our community hit the jackpot 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
