MONDAY 6/30: Pan seared chicken thighs in a creamy peppercorn sauce with mashed potatoes and green beans almondine.
TUESDAY 7/1: Thinly cut pork cutlets crusted in Panko & Parmesan pan fried golden brown with lemon cream sauce on the side, cheesy crispy potato cakes and an amazing side dish of asparagus topped with juicy cantaloupe, fresh mozzarella, toasted pine nuts and fresh basil with lemon vinaigrette.
WEDNESDAY 7/2: Linguini tossed with lemon, garlic, and olive oil with shrimp, bell peppers, fresh corn off the cob, cherry tomatoes and basil. Served with garlic bread.
THURSDAY 7/3: Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with chicken, ham, bacon & Swiss cheese covered in cheesy cream sauce served with a garden salad with home made ranch dressing.
Dinners are served hot and ready to eat 5-6:00 pm at The Cove on Hamblen (1101 Hamblen Road in Forest Cove). Come early to enjoy a cold craft beer or glass of wine.
