MONDAY 7/7: New York strip steak bites sautéed in garlic butter stuffed in baked potatoes and smothered in Parmesan cream sauce. These are delicious! Served with cucumber-tomato salad.

TUESDAY 7/8: Slow cooked baby back ribs dry rubbed then slathered in apricot BBQ sauce. Served with warm herbed potato salad and southern black eyed peas.

WEDNESDAY 7/9: Roasted poblano peppers stuffed with ground beef, black beans, quinoa and cheese over Spanish rice and t. topped with avocado crema. Served with Mexican watermelon salad with cilantro, Tajin and queso fresco.

THURSDAY 7/10: Blackened chicken pasta salad with fresh tomatoes, avocado & cheese plus grilled veggies tossed in a creamy vinaigrette. Served with garlic bread.

FRIDAY 7/11: Caribbean jerk chicken breasts marinated & grilled then topped with fresh pineapple salsa over Caribbean confetti rice.

Order one day or every day - the choice is yours. Meals are served hot and ready to eat 5-6:00 pm at The Cove on Hamblen (1101 Hamblen Road in Forest Cove). Need curbside service? Just text when you arrive and I will deliver dinner to your car.

MONDAY 6/30: Pan seared chicken thighs in a creamy peppercorn sauce with mashed potatoes and green beans almondine.

TUESDAY 7/1: Thinly cut pork cutlets crusted in Panko & Parmesan pan fried golden brown with lemon cream sauce on the side, cheesy crispy potato cakes and an amazing side dish of asparagus topped with juicy cantaloupe, fresh mozzarella, toasted pine nuts and fresh basil with lemon vinaigrette.

WEDNESDAY 7/2: Linguini tossed with lemon, garlic, and olive oil with shrimp, bell peppers, fresh corn off the cob, cherry tomatoes and basil. Served with garlic bread.

THURSDAY 7/3: Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with chicken, ham, bacon & Swiss cheese covered in cheesy cream sauce served with a garden salad with home made ranch dressing.

TUESDAY 6/24: It’s Back! Mississippi pot roast with buttermilk mashed potatoes and green beans. I usually sell out of this favorite so get your order in quick!

WEDNESDAY 6/25: Peruvian chicken with magic green sauce - the chicken is butterflied and rubbed with spices then grilled crispy. A half order is half a chicken and the full order is a full chicken. Served with magic green sauce , yellow rice and cucumber-tomato salad.

THURSDAY 6/25: Brisket enchiladas — slow smoked beef brisket filled enchiladas topped with scratch made red sauce and cheese. Served with fiesta rice. I can only made a limited amount of dinners out of one brisket so this will sell out as well.

THURSDAY 6/19: Pasta alla Zozzona: a combination of 4 Roman pasta dishes: Cacio e Pepe, Gricia, Amatrician and Carbonara. Made with rigatoni pasta, crispy pancetta, sweet Italian sausage and San Marzano tomatoes. Served with an Italian salad with creamy vinaigrette.

FRIDAY 6/20: Lemon & herb marinated grilled boneless chicken thighs with summer gnocchi skillet. Never had gnocchi before? They’re Italian fluffy little potato dumplings mixed with fresh grilled corn off the cob, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella pearls.

Dinners are served hot and ready to eat 5-6:00 pm at The Cove on Hamblen (1101 Hamblen Road in Forest Cove). Come early to enjoy a cold craft beef or glass of wine. TUESDAY 6/10: Top sirloin steak bites pan seared in garlic butter over steakhouse style baked potatoes smothered in Parmesan cream sauce. Served with cucumber-tomato salad.

WEDNESDAY 6/11: Parmesan & panko crusted chicken breasts pan fried golden brown with lemon cream sauce on the side, rice pilaf and broccoli.

THURSDAY 6/12: Country fried pork chops with bacon gravy, buttermilk mashed Yukon gold potatoes and green beans.

FRIDAY 6/13: Double crunch honey garlic chicken breasts dredged in seasoned flour and fried crispy then coated in honey-garlic sauce. Served over Jasmine rice with an Asian salad with ginger dressing.
