I have a couple dinners still available for tonight’s southern feast: buttermilk fried chicken, collard greens withth ham hocks and black eyed peas. Yummy!!! MONDAY 3/10: Southern fried chicken - 2 legs, 2 thighs and 2 breasts marinated in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour and deep fried golden brown. Served with collard greens with ham hocks and black eyed peas. This is one of my favorite meals!

TUESDAY 3/11: Remember the episode of “Everyone Loves Raymond” with the braciole? (pronounced bra-zhole) The entire episode was about Marie’s braciole— after that episode I had to make it and I am so glad I did. Sirloin steak is pounded thin then stuffed with prosciutto, provolone and bread crumbs, tied with string, browned in cast iron then slow braised in scratch made marinara for hours until fork tender. Served over angel hair pasta.

WEDNESDAY 3/12: Crunch Asian sesame chicken salad. Asian marinated chicken is grilled, sliced, and placed over a salad of green & red cabbage, matchstick carrots, cilantro, green onions, red bell peppers, almonds, cashews and fried wontons with zesty sesame-ginger dressing on the side.

THURSDAY 3/13: Pecan crusted chicken with bourbon cream sauce. Chicken breasts coated with dijon & honey then crusted with panko & crushed pecans then pan fried golden brown. Served with bourbon cream sauce, buttermilk mashed potatoes and bacon & onion green beans.

FRIDAY 3/14: Cajun Shrimp Boil: Cajun boiled shrimp (1/2 pound per person) with corn & potatoes with garlic butter sauce.
Add sausage $3 each Additional pound of shrimp $10

Order in advance or even the morning you would like dinner served if you order by 10:00 am. Please note I sometimes sell out so if you have your heart set on a specific meal please order early. WEDNESDAY 2/12: Whole chicken spatchcocked (butterflied with the back bone removed) Full order is a whole chicken - half order is half a chicken. Marinated and roasted served with lemon vinaigrette, roasted root vegetables and wild rice pilaf.

THURSDAY 2/13: Southern fried chicken legs (2 per person) served with squash & corn casserole and baked potato salad.

This was posted Sunday and it disappeared the I reposted it yesterday and it posted twice so I deleted one of them and both disappeared. Not sure what happened but here is this week’s menu. Sorry for the delay

MONDAY 1/27: Chicken pot pie filled with celery, carrots, onions, potatoes topped with fluffy biscuits.

TUESDAY 1/28: Crispy empanadas stuffed with chipotle chicken, black beans and cheese with avocado-Ranch dipping sauce served with Mexican roasted potatoes and street corn salad.

WEDNESDAY 1/29: Chicken exqiusito - this is similar to chicken marsala but without the mushrooms. Egg battered pan fried chicken cutlets topped with mozzarella and marsala-brandy sauce over angel hair pasta tossed with garlic, olive oil & herbs.

THURSDAY 1/30: Italian seasoned meatloaf stuffed with mozzarella, prosciutto, fire roasted tomatoes and spinach with a side of scratch made marinara served with rigatoni pasta with Italian sausage, tomatoes and zucchini.

FRIDAY 1/31: Southwest salad with chipotle chicken, avocado, black beans, tomatoes, bell peppers and Monterrey Jack cheese with creamy cilantro lime dressing and Southwest chicken egg rolls filled with chicken, black beans, corn, bell peppers, & cheese (2 per person).
