We met Madeleine and Tyler exactly one year before their wedding date. They booked our top package, which means we had the opportunity to help them research and book vendors and walk through the entire planning process with them. It's been such a fun year hearing their ideas and watching their visions come to life. They are avid Disney fans and their wedding day had the perfect amount of Disney inspiration and themes throughout every detail. Congratulations, Madeleine and Tyler, and thank you for trusting us with your day!!

It was a beautiful day for a wedding! We got to spend the day inside Erin Presbyterian and witness Michelle and Austin say their vows. It doesn't get much sweeter than a traditional church wedding! Thank you, Michelle and Austin for trusting us with your day!

Not our best pic, but you know what this image shows? Vendors in their places doing their thing, guests eating and drinking and having a great time, and most importantly..the bride and groom in utter bliss while sharing their first dance. Last week's wedding helped us usher in all the spring vibes! Lori and David booked our Rose package, which means we had the opportunity to help them plan every step of the way, research and book their vendors, and of course be there for day-of-coordination. They were such a fun couple to work with and talk to every month, and their vendors were top notch and a pleasure to work alongside. Now for a few weeks of rest before our next wedding 👏🏻👏🏻

We've been a little quiet on social media and email the past couple of weeks just due to January busyness/Covid/generally taking a needed break. But, we're SO excited to be back in the saddle 2 weeks from today, beginning our 2022 season at the same venue where we ended our 2021 season. Until then, you can find us celebrating our own birthdays and probably resting some more 😉

It's been a crazy two weeks for both of us in our individual lives, but we've enjoyed a lovely Christmas break with our families and we're so looking forward to reconnecting with our 2022 couples in the new year! We wouldn't be good coordinators if we didn't believe in celebrating all the things! Tonight we treated ourselves to an end of wedding season celebration dinner and it did not disappoint. We talked favorite moments and highlights from this past year, and even brought along the main WBE child care coordinator and business advisor as well! Y'all..without him (and quite a few others) WBE wouldn't even be a thing! Feeling extra thankful tonight for this dream turned reality 🥂

Let's talk rehearsals! The smoothest rehearsals occur when your coordinator(s) and your officiant have excellent communication. It goes both ways! We always make sure officiants have our timeline, but as coordinators we also need to know anything specific discussed regarding the ceremony so we can assist with logistics. This particular rehearsal went SO well mostly due to mutual communication and respect between us and the officiant. Never underestimate this detail! A smooth rehearsal means a stress free wedding 👏🏻👏🏻
