We are now taking pre-orders for the holidays coming up! Take a load off and let us do the cooking for you.

11-14 lb Old Fashioned Cajun or Bourbon Hickory Smoked Turkeys $60
8-10 lb Honey Glazed Ham with Pineapples and Cherries $50
(Smoked for an average of 12 hours)

Hickory smoked Pulled pork, rack of ribs, and sides available by request.

Deposit is due 48 hours minimum before pick up date. Advanced notice is HIGHLY appreciated! We can add your name to the list.

Welcome to the new page! We've changed our name from "The Roman Pig" to "PIPS BBQ".. Don't worry!!! It's still the same recipes! We are moving forward with the business and will be getting a food truck soon. Until then, we are catering events, and distributing our smoked meats to various food dealers and customers by request.
