What is a Silent Disco? What’s the point?

I’m glad you asked. Silent Disco isn’t totally a new concept. It started in the 1990s when activists would use headphones at outdoor events to minimize noise pollution and disturbance to wildlife.

So what is it?
It’s an activity where people can dance to music on wireless headphones. We use a transmitter to broadcast 3 different channels that are color coordinated. People with different music tastes are able to easily swap between the channels and listen along with friends!
Our headphones are simple and easy to use with only 3 buttons: Power On/Off, Volume, and your channel selector.

You don’t have to think of a Silent Disco as a disco. It’s suitable for all age groups! We can provide an unforgettable experience for private events, schools, restaurants, businesses, nursing homes, you name it!

Ok, so where do you get the ‘silent’ part?
Since everyone is listening together on wireless headphones, this makes it SUPER easy to still have a normal conversation without having to yell or walk away to be heard.

Isn’t it awkward?
Only if you make it awkward! And I promise you’ll be the only one making it awkward. After everyone warms up, it’s a great opportunity for dancing, people watching, and conversation.
