For decades, the Historic bleak House has been host to weddings and all manner of special events in Knoxville. founded in 1858, the Civil War-era home can accommodate up to 400 in the gardens or 150 at the house. All rentals include exclusive access to the house and gardens. You receive in-house coordinating, a rehearsal and other amenities when renting the Bleak House. Visit historicbleakhouse.net. Recently at Bleak House we had our first elopement ceremony. There's something so calming about an elopement without all the pomp and circumstance of a traditional wedding. We are so pleased to be a part of it! Thank you to Jennie Andrews for capturing the best of the best!

Y'all! Seriously... I LOVE a good elopement. Especially when the bride and groom are this adorable and this crazy about each other. They rented the Bleak House and got ready together upstairs (he even did the buttons on her dress... awwww) and then they got married in the gardens. SO perfect. I would shoot elopements every singe day if I could. There is nothing like witnessing true happiness with just one person. Cause at the end of the day, that's all we need, right?
