Bissel Catering was in the house at The Glass House on New Era Road in Sevierville last week. We served passed Hors d'oeuvres of Caprese Kabobs, BBQ Meatballs and Mushrooms stuffed with Goat Cheese.

We catered a special house event Monday at Pure Luxe Salon, Spa & Medspa in Hardin Valley Monday. Passed appetizers of Caprese Kabobs, Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Goat Cheese, and Stuffed Mushrooms were a hit. The guests and staff absolutely could not get enough!! Pure Luxe has got to be one of the most impressive Spas we have been in and so beautifully decorated.

We catered a Thanksgiving 🦃 style buffet for a wedding at The Opal Oak Summit Oakdale, Tennessee Sunday. Turkey, Redskin Mash Potatoes and Turkey Gravy, Cornbread Stuffing with Cranberries, Grilled Chicken, Mahi-mahi by special request, Cranberry Sauce, and Salad.
Everyone was so stuffed, and everyone got second helpings.

Ira Grimes, founder and owner of Keenan Grimes Community Outreach, with the food we delivered to bless his ministry Saturday. What an amazing answer to his needs, to have our cancelled event turn into someone's prayers getting answered 🙏
He needs clothing, bedding, cleaning supplies and of course always food.
He runs the shelter 100% by himself with no help from the government. Just prayers and the help of others.
Before you throw anything away or give it to to any city, county or government agency, think of his ministry first!

BBQ Meatballs, Chicken Teriyaki Skewers & Beef Tenderloin for Sliders and Stuffed Mushrooms, as well as Caprese Kabobs.
