I had the best Thursday ever! I had the pleasure of meeting the adorable Luke Alvin Willis, and let me just say, he is a bundle of pure sweetness! From his tiny fingers to his beautiful head of dark hair, every moment was perfect. It was such an honor to capture his very first hours in this world during his fresh-48 session. Personality pictures for the win! I love how my son's facial expressions tell a sweet story...the story of a little boy who has such a HUGE personality that his mommy is nearly bald at times (especially trying to get him to cooperate for pictures)!

I know some of you other mamas can relate! 😂

As a mama of 14 years/4 children and a photographer of 10, I believe I am an expert at getting the littles to cooperate for photos! Is there a certification for that?!

Enjoy these macro images of ice and snow! The first one reminds me of the ocean (it was snow on a windshield). In the shots with red, it was a taillight in the background!

God is the greatest artist of all. I constantly think about how He created all of this beauty in our world, and artists try to recreate it in many ways (paintings, images, sculpting, etc). It is a blast to "recreate" but nothing compares to His art!
