Now it’s been a bit- but we are still here!
This past year I went back to teaching PE- which has lead to less flower content ☹️
The flowers are going though so that warranted some flowers for little ones daycare, friends, and neighbors after a cold and wet spring! We are all greatly enjoying these warmer days!
Anyone else notoriously bad about remembering to take photos of their work- because I regularly forget, so enjoy this still from a video I took 🤦♀️😅

Still networking/making connections here in Eugene- but I’m enjoying getting to just ease myself into events and weddings while focusing on my family and work.

Today is always a tough day for me.
When I know a day might be tough, I make sure to get dressed and find a way to make someone’s day happier. Flowers have a way of making others happy so I will always gift them 😊
So it make it better and start the day on a great note, little girl and I made bouquets for her daycare- these ladies work tirelessly. They provide my girl a happy place to go everyday while my husband and I are working.
She is so happy to go here everyday and I’m lucky to have found this place 🥰

It’s not everyday you get to make a flower crown. When I do though, I want it to be fun and whimsy- this statement crown was a pleasure to make!

Wishing I had planted some bulbs to enjoy this spring! I have enjoyed these daffodils over the last 5 years 🥰 waiting to have my own garden to enjoy the seasonal blooms!
There is something just so lovely about a white rose. These roses are full and lush- some of my favorites to use when designing.

When I first started working in floral now almost 13 years ago, I didn’t care for roses- I was used to the right blooms from the grocery stores. But these. These changes me- they make a statement, add depth, and depending on the variety (especially a garden rose) smell amazing!

These petite bouquets were so much fun to offer in the Bay Area. So they will be offered here as well! Enjoy unique petite bouquets that make awesome gifts to loved ones, party favors, or even teacher gifts (they deserve an extra bit of love right now, coming from a former teacher!)

All the labor that goes into pulling together the floral for a wedding/ the event is A LOT!
The mental effort of designing a proposal, adjusting them as the event evolves, creating your floral order so that you are within budget to the physical labor of processing, designing, loading, unloading, setting up, and then strike- it is A LOT!
But we love it- and would not change it for anything!
Flowers might seem costly for an event, and with the currently flower shortage- they have a higher cost now too ☹️ so please be loving and carrying to your florist/ floral designer because they are also trying to navigate this newish floral world where it’s harder to get the flowers needed for events

This bride and her girls! Reminiscing about last summer and how odd and scary it was compared to this current summer where it is better but still so odd- I mean for starters I how have a 10month old! Still finding it hard to believe that she will be 1 soon 🥺😳.
Back to this photo though- this bride right here was a dream bride! Even through the harsh reality of 2020 she was so positive and caring and knew how to pivot her plans/ wedding like a pro. This is an amazing intimate event that brought such a beautiful light that we all needed.
Thank you and - you guys were and are such a delight. I look back on our Trader Joe’s encounter constantly and think that meet up was meant to happen!
