Hola! Announcement! You may have noticed that things have been a little quiet in empanada world as and I are working hard to grow Bandidas] into the future café of our dreams. Join me Friday at 11-2pm for my last Vicky G’s pop up (for now, for a while). As always, I’m endlessly thankful for all your support these last few years! Hope to see you all in the next chapter 🌹In the meantime, I hope you will follow Bandidas] and join us for lunch (every Sunday and Wednesday at Catapult from 11-2!).

HOLA HOLA! Ever since I got into this biz 2 years ago, several people have asked for prepared meals to eat throughout the week. I always said something along the lines of “Eventually….” Well, mi gente, eventually is NOW. Lately I’ve been in search of some quality prepared meals myself as I train for my first triathalon and find myself perpetually HANGRY. Frustrated with the lack of options (except for my faves ), I’ve decided to venture into the territory of thoughtfully prepared pre-made meals. The first menu will be a limited run and pickup will be August 31 at Catapult from 5 to 7pm. For now, please DM to pre-order until this tech-challenged gal gets the menu up online. Excited for this and I hope you all are too! And yes I still make empanadas. Yes you can still order those online. 🌹😘

Hippie Scones! ✌🏾If you like your pastries on the wholesome side, these are for you. They are quite literally bursting with dried fruit (mango, cranberries), pecans, pepitas, coconuts and oats. They will NOURISH you. and I have been making these since our Brooklyn baking days at and now we are bringing them to brunch. Sunday 11-2 on the Catapult patio and THAT’S the tea 🫖😘
