We have had many special events at the Edgar Farm, but our most recent party is at the top of my favorites list. From the intimate guest list of Edgar family insiders, to the 10 course gourmet meal, the wine pairings, and especially our guest chef, it was amazing. And SO delicious! Special thanks to Chef Gaby and his lovely assistant Gaby Too for crafting such an incredible dining experience for us all. Each plate was a work of art, with carefully chosen fresh ingredients, and made with so much love that you could taste it.

This weather has gotten us all thinking Spring and summer, and the fun parties ahead. We still have dates available for booking this year, at our venue or yours.
Please remember that we do booked events only, and don't offer walk-in meal service. Each menu is planned specifically for your event, providing a truly personalized anniversary, birthday, or any other kind of party. We would be happy to arrange a meeting at your convenience!

We couldn't have asked for a better start to our season, than a surprise birthday party for our dear friend Vicki Rader. We got to make all of her favorite foods, and celebrate her special day with so many loved ones. A big shout out to Ken and the rest of the family, to pull it off!

I just had to share this, it seems like a new chapter in the Edgar Farm history book. These beautiful girls are the 6th generation of family descendants to be working here on this ground.
It was such a pleasure for Fran and I to have Meghan and Mattie this summer to help with our catering events! It's clear how much they want to follow the family traditions and have learned well from their grandmother.
I look forward to having them come back again next year, I'll miss those bright, beautiful smiles!

Well, it looks like we finally have an answer to when we can get back to business as usual. We're good for outdoor events now, and the house will be opening up the first of July.

In the meantime, we're still able to do off-site catering at your location.

While we do not want to be the mask or vax police, we do ask that our guests continue to follow the recommended guidelines, and maintain the safety procedures that we have gotten to know so well. Please respect the rights of those who choose or need to wear a mask, and keep a safe distance.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We so appreciate our guests, and we are really looking forward to having parties again!

I know we were all glad to welcome the new year, but last year's problems are still hanging around. We do have some open dates this summer for barn or outdoor events, with the barn being limited to 125 people under the current guidelines. We are also happy to do off-site catered events at your location, for 20 or more people.
As much as I would love to be booking showers, retirement parties and all the other brunches, lunches and dinners, we will not be able to hold any house parties until the capacity limits are released. We are bound by the MDHHS regulations for this business, as well as our own personal concern for community health.
We look forward to being able to get back to work again, even if we have limits.
