A quick reintroduction for those who don’t know us well yet:

Kelly, born in NY with deep Italian roots, moved to Lancaster County at a young age, while I, Sasha, was born and raised right here in Lancaster County/City. We both grew up embracing the unique charm of and , and now, we’re thrilled to be part of its vibrant business community.

Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I, Sasha, have spent many years volunteering, working with youth in education and sports, and serving the PA older adult population in state government.

We’re raising our families here, and now, as business owners, we’ve joined the community that we once enjoyed solely as consumers. It’s incredible to think that what started as a mere thought in 2018 has blossomed into this beautiful, thriving business.

Our dream was to build a different life—to show our families that hard work pays off and that it’s never too late to follow your dreams. Coming from single-parent, low-income households, our journey has been filled with challenges. But those obstacles only fueled our determination to succeed and to create a brighter future for our children and our community.

We’ve already overcome the hardest part, and now, with your support, we’re not just growing our business—we’re changing lives and shaping the future.

I am not cheap.

I know sometimes when we use that word we think dollars. But the reality is "Cheap" speaks to Quality not Dollars. And I am not Cheap. I have only been doing this business for 2.5 years and I know that I still have a lot to learn, hence my pricing scale. So although I may not be charging anything near the competitors, I know without a shadow of a doubt. I am not cheap.

My quality is top of the line.
My skill level is above average, to the point where I have created my own garland method.
My products are heavy duty and name brand.
And my clients always get a digital mock up for approval.

I am currently affordable, and if im being honest. I always want to be affordable. I know what we do is a Luxury, but I said this before. I did this because I was the broke mom. And broke moms deserve nice things too.

I am not a charity, I dont do things for free, and even if i did thats between me and God. But I gotta say this because I believe if I dont clarify this, it can cause bitterness and I dont want to be bitter.

I am not cheap, I am affordable based on my years of experience. I am also self taught and have no certifications. When I have more years under my belt, I will feel more comfortable to charge accordingly. But for now, can we please mind our words. I know its not always coming from a bad place, but when you hear it on a constant base, it can become discouraging.

But not just any tote, a Marc Jacobs tote.
A small tote at that.
And people are lining up for it, all so MJ can spend $1000 of his nails every 2 weeks.

And people eat this up.

They will spend $200 on something that costs $10 to make, just so someone they don't know can afford the lavish lifestyle they want.

But when you charge $200 for something that costs $50, so that you can put food on the table.
People call you EXPENSIVE.

So let me break it down for you hunny.

You're not expensive, your client hasn't found you yet. Don't let people's misplaced priorities put you in a dark place or have you questionIng your worth and value.

Double wrap your aluminum stands!! Especially if you're doing an outdoor installation. As you can see here there is no transparency, and it looks really good. A lot of us are using aluminum stands or metal stands from Amazon and we are only using one cover. And that's what makes it so cheap. Looking, make sure that you double sleeve your metal or aluminum stands. When you're an artist, you're given a canvas. Doesn't matter what you're painting. You still get the same white canvas every single time. And yet we are expected to produce something different every single time. Same goes for event planning. A lot of the times we use the same venue over and over again, it's our responsibility to make sure that our customer gets a unique experience every time. So if you catch yourself doing the same thing over and over again, consider changing something as simple as rectangle tables to round tables. White chairs to black chairs, And play around with the space. Be surprised how much. Just a few little details. Can make something look so different.

Be a Pineapple

So if you know me, you know i have an obsession with pineapples. Its not even the taste, its the look, its the smell, and the feel. I just think that out of all the fruit God made, pineapples speak the most to me. And this is why...

In order for pineapples to produce more fruit, the crown has to be cut off and replanted. And that really ministers to me. When we remove our crown and leave it at the feet of Jesus we make way for reproduction. When we lay down the one thing that made us feel important, that gave us security, that made us feel like our farts dont stink lol. When we lay it down, and place it in good soil, God can work with that. And the best part, you might just get one pineapple back, you might get 10, but whatever it is, it will be sweet! and it will taste good!

Be encouraged to lay down your crown in order to produce good fruit ;)
