Semarion’s Voice Back to School Bash 2022

Responsibilities:

Assist with set up, breakdown, and cleaning of inflatable bounce houses along with other party items (and/or other job-related task).

Workdays will be Friday-Tuesday with the majority of the hours being on Saturday and Sunday. Saturdays will involve split shift (first half of the day will be deliveries and returning back for pickups on the second half). Some second half shifts require less than 4 hours but will be paid a minimum of 4 hours for returning back. Weekday hours will be cleaning equipment, any remaining pickups or deliveries.

​Qualifications:

Must pass background check.
Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
Must be dependable, on time, and ready to start work at beginning of shift.

Must be able to lift and move 150+ lbs. on dolly and be in good physical condition as some of the work will be strenuous.

Must be able to tolerate working in outdoor environment (Texas Heat!)

Must be able to follow instructions and work independently at times. With this being able to make the appropriate decision for both the company and customer.

Will need to be flexible with scheduling and last-minute plan changes.

Customer service experience would be a plus. Having worked in a field where you had direct contact with customer communications.

Good communication. The ability to communicate effectively with team and customers.
