Ever bake tacos? Monterey Jack cheese, Spanish rice and your favorite filling on corn tortilla. Fold and bake in oven till crispy. You need a sheet tray on top to keep them from opening up, but they are amazing!
Easy to eat and dip in your favorite condiments.
