2nd batch of Hot Chili Oil ... these are Carolina Reapers, and are much more potent than the first batch! The first batch was a combo of hot peppers (Reaper, Habenero, and Ghost pepper), the one is all Reaper!

It's International Scone Day!!

I've offered traditional British, Scottish and Irish Scones through the years, but my amazing clients always seem to prefer the American style Scone!

American style Scones are more of a cross between the classic British Scone, and a muffin. They are softer in texture, typically flavored, and have a touch of sweetness. No jam necessary for these treats, just a dollop of Devon cream!
