An easy four step drink. Made with the delicious flavor of Japanese melon and vodka! Add a splash of pineapple, top that bad boy off with some soda water or sprite and baby, you gotta Christmas cocktail.

Built like a margarita, but there’s nothing traditional here my friends. With notes of coconut cream, and coconut rum, rimmed with vanilla frosting and sweetened coconut flakes.

So for my next adventure I want to take everyone on a flavorful ride. Pairing cocktails to amazing dinners and desserts that not only accent the flavor profile, but use damn near all the same ingredients you would use in your dinner. Now, this is not a “ pairs well with” no. This is more of a “ this pairs exactly with” because we plucked the same ingredients into our drinks from the dinner.

Now I know what you’re thinking… mmm what if I’m having a pot roast…. We’ll get ready for a potato basil bourbon smash my freinds. Strap in. It’s gunna get weird 👊🍸🤝.

I’m bringing a whole new element to fine dinning. Be sure to check back as I release this chapter by chapter untill volume one is done! Of course I’ll be videoing all the experiences we have so you can try it for yourself.

Keep in mind each cocktail will be unique in every way. Using the latest clarification process and never heard of simple syrups. Instead of getting funky with the many different types of liqueuers, we are sticking to the basics and using actual food recipes to make the cocktail. So while each cocktail will have a basic spirit base. We’re gunna amp them up so much with fresh flavors. You’ll be begging to try one yourself.

So let’s go baby, let’s take an adventure, a must try dinning experience. We’ve never seen anything quite like this.
