I am pleased to have been selected as the Chef for the GFWC Tampa Woman's Club's monthly meetings this year. In recognition of Spanish Heritage Month, the 50 members in attendance today enjoyed a specially prepared lunch consisting of Chicken Ropa Viejo, Spanish style rice, Cuban bread, and Tres Leches Cake.
