How cool are these! The Firefly Petunia "glows in the dark". Ellie will have these available the first part of May as part of her FFA project. This would make the perfect Mother's Day gift. More details to come!

We did some spruce tip pots for a few customers. We have a few left so could do 4-5 more pots. You provide dirt/pot. We will fill with greens, pinecones, dogwood twigs, and a bow.

Who would have thought we were still able to harvest Honeywart, yarrow, dusty Miller, and scabiosa for bridal shower arrangements. Looks like this will close up the garden for the year. Can't wait for spruce tips to arrive!

We were worried how to break through the "crust" to get the tulips and daffodils planted but the Lord provided last night. Beautiful rain softened the ground and it tilled up nice. Got everything tucked in for winter!!

Our fall bulbs have arrived! We are excited to experiment with some early spring blooming flowers! We will be tucking these in the ground soon. We will see what winter holds but hope to have fresh blooms for Easter.

Petunia seed are so tiny they come pelleted for easy planting. One of our favorites Tidal Wave silver. It really does "spread like an eagle". Very low maintenance. This one received minimal water and sheep compost in the spring. Ordering again for next year!

We want to thank everyone for the support this fall. We are sold out of mums and pumpkins. We are busy gathering seeds for next year and helping In the fields. Have a safe harvest everyone!

We will be @ Rock Rapids farmers market today from 4p.m.-6p.m. Fresh flowers, mums, pumpkins, garden veggies, homegrown honeycrisp apples, popcorn cakes and cookies!

We did final stock up on our roadside stand. All sorts of unique pumpkins and mums that are getting very close to popping with blooms! Due to pumpkin supply we did close down our stand on Hwy 9. So come see us up north. 2280 110th St!
