Put a can of spray paint to show scale on how big this jetpack will be.
It’s not done or put together, yet.
I just did a quick assembly to see how it’ll all look put together.

Progress so far!
Pouches are functional and holster has been shaped for the blaster.
I just need to make sure the pouches are glued/stitching and they’ll be done.
The holster needs the rivets and then the stitching before it’s done.
I can’t do the belt yet since I’m still waiting on the buckle to arrive

My Velcro strips came in and I couldn’t help it but to already start sticking em to the pieces I have!
I love the look of it and can’t wait to have this suit sanded, primed/painted and wired up!
I even got my mini speaker for the jetpack to jam out while I walk haha

A look inside my helmet, so far. Going to be adding extra stuff later but I hope everything will fit…
I did not make the helmet liner nor is it installed, but I added the padding at the bottom and I will add Velcro for the liner.
Just need to sand the hell outta this helmet and then I can proceed with painting and wiring.

Extremely slow process since this is all in the timespan of a about half a year. I foresee that I may not have this ready until about early next year if I can get and print everything else I need. Sadly, that is not including the heavy sanding that will be involved along with the wiring.
I truly cannot wait to see what my end result will be nor can I wait to make my articulated mannequin that I have been planning in my mind.
I am basically planning on making this a wearable cosplay for just about any and all conventions I can take it to, but I also want to have a very cool life-sized display to have in a room.
I’ve had to reprint the arm armor too many times as well as having to rework the shoulders. I recently printed the thruster bells, but my printer failed on me due to all the work.
I did not print the props but they still need a lot of working as well.
