Let's all celebrate responsibly so we can keep celebrating.

Yesterday Nevada passed an ordinance to ban Balloon releases. If found in violation of this ordinance, Las Vegas city code enforcement will first issue a verbal warning before issuing a $250 or a $500 fine for the second or third offense.

Guess what? Most small balloon companies don't support balloon releases. However, some people have a bigger agenda to kill a million dollar industry by banning balloons altogether.

Of the 5,088,482 items collected in ICC-sanctioned beach debris studies in 2021, the top 10 items made up more than
75% of all beach debris collected. None of which included balloons.

This ban has nothing to do with race (I've seen that narrative pushed) but releases are an environmental concern.
