😮💨What A Week!! Catered a 55th Birthday for some wonderful ladies with and they had some Rose jello with candy pearls, Orange pudding with orange vodka, filets, with demi glace sauce, asparagus, garlic mash potatoes on a portobello mushroom. They also had Whipped goat cheese with dates, and bacon, and Hummus, served with crostinis and pita chips.
Then I had the pleasure to drop off not only sandwiches to a groom who had a card night with some of his best men on Saturday, but on Sunday I catered their send off brunch for there family and friends. There was 2 full sheet trays of Donut Bread pudding( which was practically gone) Apple wood sausage, and bacon. We had 3 different type of omelets, Belgium waffles, fresh fruit, parfaits, Apple and orange juice, Hash brown casserole, and Spinach frittata with cheese.
Now for some rest, unless anyone else needs catering!!
