Our Story

Plan a unique and intimate elopement ceremony with The Gypsy Mobile Minister in fabulous Las Vegas, NV. Take the stress out of planning, checklists, negotiations, and special arrangements. All types of elopement ceremonies are welcome with fees varying depending upon location and add-ons. Marry your significant other when, where, and how you want!

Born in Youngstown, Ohio and raised in the glimmering lights of Las Vegas, Joelle Righetti has been shaped not only by her home city, but also by her Italian heritage. With over 30 years in show business, Joelle, aka Roknjo, has worn many hats in her career: Singer, Actress, Cher Impersonator, Magician’s Assistant, Musician, Songwriter – and minister.

Joelle has been working as The Gypsy Mobile Minister for almost six years and started this business because she saw a need from couples who wanted a simple ceremony, yet unique and special that it still felt like months of planning were involved.

In the last decade, Joelle has been the officiant for more than 500 weddings – including ceremonies as the current house minister for the Excalibur Wedding Chapel and the Luxor Wedding Chapel. She has officiated several ceremonies within the Clark County prison system as the on-call volunteer minister.
