**Sales Representative Position**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate should have:

- Knowledge of various types of flowers (training will be provided)
- The ability to assist customers with product selection
- A team-oriented mindset
- The capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
- Professional telephone etiquette
- A commitment to following company policies and procedures
- The confidence to call clients weekly to confirm orders received

‘Ruscus’ the boss/mascot at Greenfield, is helping out in the office trying to push papers back into the printer…trying to keep them from coming out. He still can’t figure out why they keep coming.

Greenfield & Company, GF Designs-Sun McGuoirk donated floral arrangements to the U.S. Vets Gala in Las Vegas last night. Also attending the Gala were the owners of The Omelet House in honor of Michael McGowan, the creator of The Omelet House…the most popular breakfast-lunch establishment in Las Vegas. Sun McGuoirk made sure her late husbands wishes were fulfilled by continuing to donate to an organization that helped all veterans. Michael’s business partner/ now owner, Kevin Mills and his wife with Sun, were both honored to donate a check to the organization.

Giving flowers is celebrated on May 1st and the history of this holiday goes back to Roman times as a festival of flowers. This was a five-day festival in honor of the Goddess Flora with offerings of flowers, dancing, ringing bells.

In rural communities, people may also leave baskets of spring flowers on the stoop of the home of someone they are fond of on May 1st, which is known as "May Basket Day". Traditionally, baskets are taken to the recipient's house and hung on the doorknob or left on the porch in secret.
