Working on my plating! Not where I want to be but practice makes perfect 👌 ⁣

This dish is A delicious chicken breast made with some fresh herbs. ⁣
⁣
I used some minced garlic and onion with the asparagus.⁣
Threw some shiitake mushroom in the pan to soak up those flavors. ⁣
Made a balsamic reduction for a sauce with a little side of brown rice and quinoa. 👌⁣

This dish is less then 500 calories 🙌⁣
⁣⁣
