I am a caregiver for a man's wife with dementia who is bed-bound and can no longer speak. The husband coordinates all her care and spends a lot of his days alone. The one pleasure in life that he really adores is food. A lot of the nurses don't cook for him, but I enjoy bringing him some comfort. He has a lot of health restrictions, but asked for a very rare steak with mushrooms the other night. I was happy to oblige him 💕

And when I'm in other people's kitchens, I get to play with their cookware 😁 I am half Mexican, half Italian, so naturally I love preparing that food the most. And it shows! There has been SUCH a huge request for keto meal prep! I've heard you, and created a keto menu for this upcoming week.

Place your orders before Friday evening and have your food ready for pickup by Sunday evening.

You can order meals in any amount! Just need 5 this week? No problem. Going out of town and want two weeks worth to freeze? I can do that too. This is about YOU and what fits into your life!
