So lucky to work with such a great company!

Yesterday we participated in a gorgeous, outdoor wedding, The ceremony space took place on the beautiful lawn, but then had to be quickly transformed into a garden inspired reception. This was a flip that required a lot of help and hands to get it completed during the cocktail hour. The amount of planning and preparation that takes place in the months before event is so important to its success. Erin, with was a fantastic team leader and had it all figured out. It was a room flip home run!

Still trying to find a baby shower theme idea? Here are some of my personal favorites as of late:

Paddington Bear: 🐻🇬🇧🍯 Incorporate British-inspired decorations like Union Jack flags and plenty of marmalade treats! Stuffed Paddington bears make perfect centerpieces or party favors.

Winnie the Pooh: 🍯🌳🎈Create a whimsical Hundred Acre Wood atmosphere with honey pot centerpieces, woodland accents, and quotes from the beloved characters.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar: 🐛🍎🌈Capture the vibrant and colorful essence of the story with fruit-shaped balloons, caterpillar treats, and leafy green decorations.

I still laugh out loud at least once a week thinking about Ellen & her dad's father-daughter dance! 🕺👧 These two never missed a chance to smile or make others laugh. It was only fitting that their dance was filled with love, lots of crowd involvement, and tears (from laughing at one another)! 😄💃🕺

Couples are always asking, "how much do we tip our vendors?"

Here is a little cheat sheet, just for you:

Caterer/Waitstaff: 15-20% of the total bill, at the end of the reception. 🍽️

Bartenders: 10-15% of the total bar bill, at the end of the reception. 🍹

Hair/Makeup Artists: 15-20%, after services are rendered. 💄

Band/DJ: $50-$150 per musician/DJ, at the end of the event. 🎶

Delivery/Setup Staff: $5-$20 per person, upon delivery/setup. 📦
