After the Thanksgiving holiday the amount of emergency septic situations really elevated. We were struggling to get everyone’s need for service under control. Here is an example of a tank that hadn’t been serviced in a long time. Keep this in mind.

It’s always a good idea to get your septic tank pumped before hosting large gatherings like Christmas, especially if it hasn’t been serviced recently. Here’s why:
1. Increased Usage: With more people in your home, your septic system will experience a heavier load from flushing, showering, and dishwashing.
2. Prevent Backups: If your tank is near capacity, additional usage could lead to unpleasant backups or overflows.
3. Avoid Emergencies: Septic issues during a holiday gathering can be stressful and expensive to fix on short notice.

If it’s been 3-5 years since your last pumping (or sooner, depending on your system’s size and household size), it’s wise to schedule it before the holidays.

Our first time to compete in the Middle Tennessee District Fair’s donkey basketball game. We had a great team but unfortunately lost to a group of washed up old sheriff’s deputies. I guess the good guys always win lol. We had a blast and some great laughs. Thanks to the young men who relieved us of an ER trip. Y’all are the real heroes.
