Pure Magic. Find 7 minutes in a quiet space…and watch. This song is called, “Hope” by Nf…and, for me, it feels like my theme song for 2024. I hope it resonates with you as well.

As all the amazing practitioners and healers gear up for this weekend at Hope Flower Farm & Winery, I cannot help but watch this multiple times everyday, as a personal meditative ritual to remember that hard work, sacrifice, service, pain, forgiveness, love, community and all the other things is what helps make this world a beautiful place.

We get side tracked in life. Politics, perspective, work and social expectations. They seem to sneak into many lives as uninvited dictators. Why do we listen and follow? What if we stepped away from chasing the World we THINK we should be in and, instead, built the World we actually wanted around us? Those that are open can make this happen. And we will be waiting at Defiantly Joyful so you have tons of us to lean on.
