I started doing cakes when I was just twelve years old with my Great Aunt Glenda. She taught me everything from making roses to helping me use fondant for the first time she was the one by my side. I would help her with weddings that she would coordinate and cater and I loved every minute of it. She helped me find my passion in life and that was true. eets. I also recently was diagnosed with celiac's, so I"m becoming well rounded in the world of hypoallergenic cakes as well. My moto is it may look good, but mine taste good too!
