We are patiently awaiting warm weather for more event hosting!

Meg and I were chatting the other day about how SO many people are afraid of change. Why? Uncertainty, fear of loss of control.

So how do you combat our feelings behind change? Because y’all, it’s not doing you ANY good staying in that space.
1. Get clear on why you need the change. If you understand why you need it, the less likely you’ll be to push against it. 🙏🏻
2. Believe and know you can handle it! How many other changes have you survived? Know that change makes you better. 💪🏻
3. Remember your CORE will not change. Change will not make you a bad person. You may even find that it allows you to become a better one. 😉
4. Extra motivation? Research says that fear of change is one of the single most career limiting moves you can make 😳

I feared change before, and it still is scary! That will never go away. But putting my fear aside and going for it, will always have been one of the greatest things I did that changed my life.
