Love Shack Kitchen is excited to announce we will be vending at the 2024 Holistic Fair June 22 & June 23 located next to the Bennett Building , location just next to all the vendors at the Holistic Fair located at the Asotin County Fairgrounds. We hope to meet some new faces and see some friendly faces as well.

After battling pneumonia for a week in the hospital I’m now approaching my first full week being out. It hasn’t been easy and j don’t know when I’ll feel completely normal. I’m still using oxygen when I sleep, today after breakfast will be my last dose of antibiotics, and my sleep schedule is all messed up. I never knew pneumonia could take a person out so badly. It’s my first time. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me as well as Paul. We have been lucky to have some great family but also some new staff members, whom many have already met, who have stepped up and helped Paul when I couldn’t. I’ve missed our last two events (Food Truck Night & Catering for the 5 teams for the NAIA (honestly one of my favorite annual events) and they have all gone smoothly thanks to our great support team.
I’ve been up since 2:30 am, can’t sleep so I’ve been reading and Paul has in-trusted me to watch the fire. Friday evening we have a 5 kid graduation (Asotin!) party and we are cooking the pork. I’m not one to “toot my own horn” but I think it feels good to feel like I can contribute and use my sleeplessness for good and continue to keep the fire burning.

We will be hosting the Cowboy BBQ Dinner from 3pm-6pm at the Bennet building on the second level.

We will also be vending at Buds Cook Shack each day of the rodeo for the 2024 Asotin County Fair and Hells Canyon Rodeo, Live Music and Beer Garden this weekend.
