New Week.. New Menu!

When I first started My Chef Steph I KNEW I wanted to provide solutions for people struggling to have a delicious meal on the table each and every night, but I also wanted to demonstrate and teach people about our philosophy that Great Food Doesn’t have to be DIFFICULT to be DELICIOUS! Just using fresh and REAL ingredients makes all the difference. So inviting people to my table to talk about food while I created my Simple Delicious Meals in front of them seemed like a win/win for everyone, and that’s where Cooking with My Chef Steph was born.

In the last 6 years I’ve had hundreds of people come to my table and we’ve explored everything from My 5 Recipes to Save Your Sanity to Appetizers, Mexican, Mediterranean, Fish and even Soup and so many, MANY more!! So many topics and so much fun. I LOVE talking and showing all the steps and shortcuts to help you create these dishes in your own homes later on.

Tonight’s Cooking With My Chef Steph was all about my favorite 5 Recipes to Save your Sanity where every dish has a round 2 that uses simple ingredients to make a new fresh dish❤️

From Simple Panko Chicken that becomes Chicken Parmesan, Date Night Chicken (chicken with pesto diced tomatoes and balsamic glaze) that became Creamy Tuscan Chicken and because I love a stir fry to use up all the odds and ends we finished with a Honey Garlic Ginger Stir Fry. Simple Ingredients that are fresh always make a delicious meal.
When I asked them what their one word was to describe their time at my table, the following was said, “Inspirational, awesome, satisfied, fun and delicious!!”
