Hello and Welcome,
I'm Lindsey, the owner and balloon artist of LEX Celebrate! This adventure began as a way to help bring some fun decorations to my kids' school and sporting events, which led to friends requesting balloon displays for their parties.
After the nudging from multiple friends, LEX Celebrate! was born. LEX Celebrate! provides creative balloon displays and will soon offer party planning services.
