Wanted to share a few photos from Matthew and Shelby’s wedding. It took eight, 25 ft drapes to cover the picture in this beautiful historical, 112yr old Church in Chester. These photos give you an idea of what a massive job it was to cover the painting. The ceiling is approximately 24 ft, the pipes to hold the drapes would only reach 22 ft. The cross is 8ft tall. We estimate the painting is 12ft wide and 8ft tall. It took 4 adults to get the pipes in place!! I covered the drapes with chiffon to soften them.
All together that was 200 yards of fabric for the drapes and 200 yards of chiffon!!! ……and I was VERY proud of it….can you tell!!🤪🥰 Thanks for the photos Kerri!!
