We wanted to share our Behind The Magic Employee Spotlight. Jimmie is the heartbeat of our team at The Bounce Off Inflatables. Known for always showing up early and ready to tackle the day, he sets the tone for excellence from the start. His dedication to going above and beyond is unmatched. Jimmie is one of our drivers and part of the delivery and collection team. He also balances a Full-time career with Honda and always shows up for his children/grandchildren's sporting events as their #1 fan! . Thank you, Jimmie for your hard work and passion!

We wanted to share our next Employee Spotlight Behind The Magic here at The Bounce Off Inflatables. Dustin is a teacher at Lima Senior in the Welding and Metal Fabrication Program. His class recently donated a Memorial Bench they fabricated to Safety City. Dustin is also a certified Firefighter!🚒 Dustin helps keep things running smoothly in our warehouse. He is also one of our drivers and part of the delivery and collection team! Thank you Dustin for all you do!

We would like to share our Employee Spotlight Behind The Magic here at The Bounce Off Inflatables. Mary has an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy and owns her own cleaning business! Ironically, you can find Mary at our warehouse sanitizing and bringing the bounce houses back to life between rentals. Mary is meticulous when it comes to cleaning from houses to bounce houses! She is also a devoted and loving ♥️ Mother to Waylon (4) and Wife to Tylor. Thank you Mary for all you do!

She excels academically and is a competitive athlete. You will find her with the delivery and collection crew as well as she does our photography and helps keep our social media pages up to date.
