Bailey Carver, grew up in Saugerties, NY where she was always in the kitchen with her mother and grandparents. She moved to Lima, OH in 2015 to attend UNOH where she met her now husband, Kevin and his daughter Olivia. Together they had three beautiful children, Gannon, William and Paxton. Baking has always been a passion which she learned from her Poppy Scott. Together, spending hours in the kitchen, they would come up with fabulous homemade cookies, brownies, cakes and more. When Poppy passed in 2018 she chose to continue her love of baking with her kids. Bailey met Kat when she moved back to Lima in 2020 where they were neighbors. Together they spent many weekend nights and holidays baking and cooking.

Katherine Gray, Kat, grew up in Los Angeles, CA where she found a love for cooking at a young age helping her mother in the kitchen. She moved to Ada, OH in 2011 to accomplish her BSN in nursing and minor in psychology. After having her son, Orion, in 2013 she rediscovered her love of cooking for her family. She met her now husband, Brent, in 2017 and his two kids Abel and Serenity. Family dinners are always a favorite in the household with the children always hanging around talking and learning how to cook. Unfortunately, in 2020, a storm destroyed her home which is how we came to meet Bailey. We were briefly neighbors while her home was being rebuilt and found a second family with them. Since meeting, our friendship has revolved around family dinners and vacations.

One night while cooking together, we came up with the idea of sharing our love of food with the community, so that Lima could have a taste of our family's favorite dishes. We decided to start Kat & Bailey’s to bring something new to Lima. Our dream is to open up a cafe and bakery by day and restaurant by night. We want a place where families can make memories and enjoy time together.

Hello everyone, we will be taking cookie orders for Debs Dogs until February 11th, 2023. Please be advised orders will be ready a week after you order unless you need them for a specific date. All orders made 50% of each Order will be going to Deb's Dogs. February 11th we will be at Pets supplies plus for the Deb's Dogs Adoption Event & Baked Goods 🐶🐾🐱. We can't wait to see you there. Kat & Bailey’s is pleased to announce we are working with Deb’s Dogs to raise money for the all the cats and dogs in need. She is a local rescue who’s passion is rescuing and finding furever homes for the many animals who need to be loved. Please give us a call if you’d like to order cookies.
