C&J's will be offering car service in Lincoln. We should be clear that WE ARE NOT A TAXI SERVICE, WE ARE NOT UBER, and WE ARE NOT LYFT. Instead we are licensed public transport/livery limited liability corporation (LLC) that offers what is referred to as "black car service". In the past, this service has been predominantly focused on airport shuttles.
Our concept is to provide organized, safe, comfortable transportation that is reserved a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance. WE WILL NOT SCHEDULE SAME DAY RESERVATIONS.
Prospective car service in Lincoln clients should contact us ONLY through email to [email protected]. In said email prospective clients should state the following:
-First and last name
-Client phone number
-Number of passengers
-Is an infant/toddler seat needed
-Date of service desired
-Time of service desired
-Address of pickup
-Address of dropoff
-Luggage, bags, etc…to be transported
We will then reply in a timely manner to your request. If we have availability, capability, and interest in providing service we will provide a quote.
If you choose to accept the quote, we will require credit or debit card information provided for payment. Payment must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours ahead of service. Should client cancel services, "no show" for services, provide inaccurate information (time, address, etc…), or misrepresent themselves in any way SERVICES WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT and REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Passengers will be PROHIBITED from possessing open food or drinks on board. This includes cups with lid and straw as well as carryout items from restaurants.Tobacco and drug use (including but not limited to vapes, pens, lit smoking substances and paraphernalia, chewing to***co) will be PROHIBITED. SERVICE WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT AND REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF PASSENGERS REFUSE TO ADHERE TO THESE STIPULATIONS.
Passengers must board in a timely manner. If passengers are not on board within five (5) minutes of vehicle arrival, SERVICE WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT AND REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Passengers deemed by the driver to be in a physical or mental condition that would put themselves, others, or the vehicle in danger or could damage the vehicle will be refused service. SERVICE WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT AND REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THIS SCENARIO.
-DRIVERS WILL CARRY NO CASH
-THE SERVICES PRESENTED BY THE CLIENT, QUOTED BY C&J'S, AND AGREED UPON BY THE CLIENT AND C&J'S WILL NOT BE DEVIATED.
