✨ 30 minutes per bridesmaid for makeup
✨ 30 minutes per bridesmaid for hair
✨ 60 minutes each for the bride’s makeup & hair (she deserves the royal treatment)

Trying to figure out how to seat your bridal party at the head table? Here's your cheat sheet!

We’ve mapped out 5 layout ideas for a wedding party of 16 (including the couple!) to help you visualize what fits your style and your space.

👀 But before you fall in love with one, remember:
- Every venue has different table sizes and room dimensions
- What looks good on paper might feel tight in real life. An 8 ft rectangle table can fit 4 people on one side. A 6 ft can fit 3 people per side.

POV: You walk into a wedding and instantly know it’s going to be unforgettable. 😍

Planner Olivia from our Event Design team brought this celebration to life from start to finish—and it was nothing short of stunning. Scottish Rite Ballroom by Venue set the tone with its historic charm, and Oak Creek Floral and Gifts filled it with jaw-dropping floral moments. 🌸

Guests were welcomed with cocktails and casino games thanks to B & P Casino Parties 🎲—such a fun twist before the dance floor opened up with QuickPro DJs spinning all the right tracks. 🎶

The vibe? Luxe, playful, and perfectly planned.

Olivia crushed it. 💯

One thing about Nebraska weddings—they know how to bring the magic.

We wrapped up a dreamy day at The Shed and can’t stop thinking about it: wide open skies for the ceremony, cozy indoor vibes for the party, and a team that made everything run smooth as butter. The OhSnap Photo Booth was wildly popular amongst the guests, and the treats from Butterfly Bakery were absolutely mouthwatering.

Grateful to be part of these moments and the people who make them unforgettable. 🥰

Lots of things in the works for the season’s graduation events, but also wanted to take advantage of this gorgeous weather! Projects on the Porch! With creative friends and moments like this it hardly feels like work sometimes.
