When I created The Brewed Collective, I wanted it to be more than just coffee — I wanted it to be about people, stories, and shared experiences. That vision was honored in this feature with Shoutout Dallas, and it means so much to see our roots recognized.

From these beginnings, we’ve grown into Coffee Bae, our mobile espresso + matcha catering service. Two brands, one mission: to build community through coffee.
