This morning, I had a special opportunity to demonstrate knife cutting techniques for 9th graders during the Career Expo at the State House Convention Center. I am appreciative of the opportunity to showcase some of my knife cutting skills. Thank you again, Chef Renee for asking me to participate.

Whenever anyone asks me what's my "specialty" or "favorite dish" to cook, my response is FOOD! I LOVE TO COOK and can cook just about anything. I love a challenge, and I love elevating simple dishes. If I don't know how to cook something, I research it and practice making it until it's close to perfection.

With every meal prepared, the menu is catered to the client. My goal is to deliver exactly what they want. If they want something elaborate, I'll create a menu for that. If they want down home cooking, I'll create a menu for that. No menu idea is too big or too small. I believe that I am more than capable of providing a variety of culinary experiences. I REALLY JUST LOVE TO COOK. And even bake. BUT above all, I just really enjoy feeding God's people. I believe that it's my calling, and I plan on walking in it as long as the Good Lord allows me to.

Well the time is quickly approaching. It's graduation day 🎓👨🏾‍🍳🎉 Hats off to all the graduates, we should all be proud of our accomplishment.

Yesterday, I had a special opportunity to prepare Gourmet Boxed Lunches for the HEAL Collaborative event held at Saint Mark Baptist Church Once again, I am blessed and grateful for the opportunities God continues to grace me with. Thanks to Pastor Hersey for connecting me with Ms. Bond and Ms. Jones. I appreciate the opportunity and I am looking forward to working with you both again in the future. What a way to kick off the Father's Day festivities. Today was another God made opportunity to serve the Men of the Saint Mark Baptist Church community for the Men's Prayer Brunch.
