As the car show season comes to an end, we just wanted to THANK EVERYONE who has supported us. Sooooo many of you would come down and grab food just to take home. We appreciate those who showed up literally every week for their "go-to", and even those who maybe just came through once. You all make a difference & are genuinely appreciated.

I would also like to give a huge shout-out to Laura from The Studio for all her help, support, and for bringing "the party" every week by providing the musicians, ice cold beer and cocktails. Honestly without her none of it would be possible. Special thanks to Jackie's Pub for allowing us to store our grill for the summer, making transport easy-peasy! Love ya!

Unfortunately, due to some conflicts and challenges with the building owner, this was our last season outside The Studio. But keep an eye out for where we pop up next! Sadly tomorrow Monday 8/26 is the last Crusin into Lockport car show of the year 😔. We want to thank everyone for the continued support & love so in addition to the normal 🍍 pork 🌮 , pulled 🐷 sammiches & loaded street 🌽 we're bringing out our 🥇 winning marinated & grilled 🐔 wings & Jamaican jerk wings! Who's coming out Sunday to celebrate our friends at Nik & Ivy Brewing & their 4th anniversary with us? This will be your last chance to grab a smoked brisket Italian beef sangwich, the sangwich that Ryan Lestarczyk said "needs to be put in the Smithsonian. What a work of art. Absolutely amazing" and Jim Panozzo said "was the best Italian beef he's ever put in his mouth" we'll also have pulled pork sammiches & sides of pit smoked beans & creamy mac & cheese.

It was definitely the lightest attendance we've ever seen for a car show but y'all still showed up to grab them smoked brisket "Italian beef's" and sold us out right at the end! Alright folks! We're not messing around here! This is the start of your aus jus for tomorrows smoked brisket "Italian Beef Sangwiches" As always in true Shack fashion everything is from scratch, even something as "little" as au jus. We got some beef neck bones, soup bones, garlic, fresh veggies, fresh rosemary, thyme & oregano from the garden and some Robert Mondavi Cabernet going in soon. Don't worry I tested the wine to make sure it's good 😉. Hope to see y'all tomorrow. We will have 3 briskets worth so about 60 sangwiches, when they're gone they're gone SO BE THERE EARLY!

People tell us our brisket sauce is "very unique & insanely delicious" Did you know it pays homage to the Chicago classic Italian Beef? Its base is French dressing with honey, brown sugar, Shack BBQ sauce and Italian herbs and spices.

Why do we mention this? Well at next weeks car show we are going to do a smoked brisket "Italian Beef Sangwich" complete with sweet peppers, giardinera and jus if you like em wet & juicy!

Last week we had good amount eextra and with the weather being pretty close today we went a little lighter than normal and unfortunately was a bit bigger crowd.
