By popular demand we did another batch of smoked chickens this week. These come in to us fresh at an average of 5 # each. We brine and slow smoke then foil and bag each bird. These are fully cooked, ready to eat.
Makes great hot or cold sandwich or carve and serve as a meal with your favorite sides.
