🍀 St. Patrick’s Day 🍀 is one week from today and we are still accepting orders! I look forward to this dinner every year, especially the corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, carrots and a stoneground mustard sauce. We are hiring a full-time Production Assistant! We are looking for a warm, motivated and highly organized individual to join our team. Candidates must be team players with an impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.

The Production Assistant must be positive, flexible and capable of wearing many hats as we are a small, highly collaborative team.

Responsibilities will include errands, administrative work, timelines, event research, vendor communication, on-site installations and breakdowns, creating mood boards and supporting the team create beautiful and memorable events.

Experience in event planning is preferred, and experience in visuals and graphic design is ideal.

This position is full-time, based in Los Angeles and involves on-site nights and weekends.

Our company specializes in social and lifestyle brand events.
